Methods of Payment, Gil is our first and foremost way of payment, cash is king after all. However, we are open to other methods of payment (sponsorship, DoH services, orchestrion rolls, etc.) if gil is tight at that time! Feel free to ask if this is something you need to have done. Though gil payment is the best if it's possible.Payment must be done 60/40. 60% before we start playing and 40% afterwards. Although, we won't disagree with all of it upfront!
rights
We have the right ; Lunar Tear Bards (LTB) have the right to deny any hiring request for whatever reason. We do like to do our own looking around venue sites to see if you're a good fit for us to come play! We also have the right to deny any syncshell pairing whether it's in a venue-wide synchell or individual pairs.If either Popola or Oretta feel uncomfortable or threatened while preforming they have the right to stop mid-song or after and leave, no questions asked. Comfort is key.

Amount of play time; We understand that not all venues need 4 hours of straight barding, and that's okay! That's completely understandable. Let us know when you book if you need extra or less time than offered and we can make something work to your needs. Sooner is better so we can adjust/add to our lists. We do ask a minimum of 30 minutes for performances in order to make the trip worthwhile for all parties.We do accept premade/requested playlists depending on the client's want/needs, though we do prepare our own sets in advance. If you'd like for us to play your own sets, let us know on booking.

Trial Period; We can provide a "trial period" where you can have either Oretta or Popola come in and play during business hours for free in order to see if you'd like to fully hire. This consists of a 30 minute window similar to an "open stage" and can be done with no charge at all, even our Data Center Travel fee if not on Dynamis. This is not a given service and must be inquired before arrival.Streaming; If our performance is to be livestreamed, we ask that either our logo be displayed during our performance or a link this this Carrd be present.
Pricing varies from venue to venue, these are estimates. We're willing to work with venues for what's best for them.Nightclub prices are baseline and non-negotiable.

about me ; Hello!! Thanks for checking my little blurb out! I'm not much of a player myself, but I do enjoy putting on shows for other people! I'm from Norvrandt and love getting lost in conversation when I'm not on stage. My antlers and stubby tail tend to garner a few looks my way, but it's nothing a small glamour can't fix. about me ; Oh! Welcome, welcome. A little bit about me is that I was a big bard in my old hometown before I decided to put my lute down and try to live a more quiet librarian lifestyle. I used to focus on bars/taverns and used to sing along with my late sister, Devola. I've recently re-picked up my passion for music while on the road, only playing in small Limsa Lominsa pubs and ale houses trying to find a proper place to settle down again. I tend to have a sparrow companion to keep me company, but I really hope I can do the same for anyone coming across this as well. Hopefully, we can share a tale over my lute and be well as I can fund my way through Eorzea.
